Canadian Distributed Infrastructure for Genomics (CanDIG)

Allows health data analysis across Canada that is private by design

The Canadian Distributed Infrastructure for Genomics (CanDIG) offers a Canadian solution to analysing health data. The fully-distributed platform lets researchers run analyses on a national scale while keeping data private and under local control. CanDIG aims to enable one-stop discovery of genomics data — plus an “app store” of interactive or long-running analyses — by building on GA4GH APIs and schemas for genomic data and data exchange.
