The Variant Interpretation for Cancer Consortium (VICC) aims to standardise the way we understand cancer variants to enable precision oncology. VICC unites leading institutions working to curate, represent, and interpret cancer variants. It develops coordinated solutions, such as promoting standardised ontologies and APIs and building a federated search function to find links between cancer gene changes and clinical actions.
