National Cancer Institute Cancer Research Data Commons (NCI CRDC)

Provides cloud infrastructure to share, analyse, and visualise cancer data

The Cancer Research Data Commons (CRDC) of the U.S. National Cancer Institute is a cloud-based data science infrastructure for sharing, integrating, analysing, and visualising data from cancer research. The CRDC connects datasets with analytics tools for cancer researchers — helping to lower the burden of cancer. It enables NCI-funded programmes to publicly share their data in genomics, imaging, and other areas.

Funding for the CRDC comes from the US National Institutes of Health National Cancer Institute.
