National Cancer Institute Genomic Data Commons (NCI GDC)

Offers platform to share and compare large cancer genomics datasets

The Genomic Data Commons (GDC) is a data sharing platform from the U.S. National Cancer Institute (NCI) that promotes precision medicine in oncology. The GDC contains some of the largest, most comprehensive cancer genomics datasets, including The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Therapeutically Applicable Research to Generate Effective Treatments (TARGET). Common bioinformatics pipelines harmonise all data to allow direct comparisons.
