GEnome Medical alliance Japan (GEM Japan)

Shares genomic and phenotypic knowledge between Japanese and global projects

GEM Japan seeks to integrate results from other projects run by the Japan Agency for Medical Research Development (AMED) and ultimately realise genomic medicine in Japan. The project helps share genomic and phenotypic information from Japanese research and clinical efforts with the domestic and global communities. It has worked to bring GA4GH tools into non-English-speaking countries.
