This plan forges a path towards a more equitable, inclusive, and ethically sound genomics ecosystem.
Developed collaboratively with valuable insights from the GA4GH community, this plan outlines three fundamental priorities that anchor our mission and shape our future initiatives:
1. PEOPLE. The GA4GH community comprises people from diverse backgrounds who feel included and equal.
2. PRODUCTS. GA4GH builds products using ethical tools that minimise bias and maximise fairness.
3. PRACTICE. GA4GH products actively meet the needs of genomics researchers and clinicians around the globe, regardless of resources, geography, and other limiting factors.
