The GA4GH Model Data Access Agreement (DAA) Clauses have been approved as an official GA4GH product

The Model DAA Clauses — adaptable to adhere to local laws, policies, and ethics requirements — provide guidance language to be incorporated when institutions draft data access agreements that support biomedical data sharing to help researchers access data more efficiently and ethically in line with local legislation.
