In the newest GA4GH Public Attitudes for Genomic Policy forum blog post, Gabriela Chavaría Soley, Ronald Alfaro Redondo, and Henriette Raventós (Universidad de Costa Rica) write about the willingness of Latin Americans to share their genetic information for non-profit goals. However, they highlight that sociodemographic factors and levels of concern in case of loss of anonymity play an important role in the decision.
