The Connect session proposal process is now open!
We are now accepting proposals for Connect sessions for the GA4GH 13th Plenary meeting! Connect will take place during the second half of Plenary from 8 to 10 October. These working sessions aim to spark discussion, drive collaboration, delve into implementation challenges and needs, and bring forward the most pressing topics for our community.
We welcome session proposals from all members of the community!
Evaluation criteria
- Strong community interest and engagement
- Relevance to GA4GH’s mission and goals
- The need for real-time, in-person discussion
- Potential for cross-Work-Stream collaboration and broad engagement
Timeline
- Submission period: 11 June to 3 July 2025
- GA4GH staff review period: 3 to 17 July 2025
- Connect sessions confirmed: 17 July 2025
