Using the GA4GH toolkit: GA4GH Passports part 1

18 Jun 2020

The first part of the GA4GH Passports webinar covers the benefits of integrating a global electronic ID for accessing biomedical data.

Learn more about GA4GH Passports, an approved GA4GH standard that uses digital researcher identities to automate researchers’ access to genomic datasets. The webinar will give a high-level overview of Passports use cases and will highlight how the standard can serve other GA4GH products, such as Beacons or htsget. We will reserve plenty of time for discussion on how we can make the standard more helpful to the scientific community.
