“A tool for implementers of genomic sequencing for newborn screening (gNBS) to navigate ethical, legal, and social issues (ELSI)” provides a framework to help implementers of newborn sequencing projects make informed decisions when navigating ELSI, outlining guidance for 59 decision points that implementers face when establishing gNBS programmes.

“The Position Statement on Genetic Discrimination (GD)” establishes guidance to address genetic discrimination, outlining recommendations to monitor GD cases, establish legal and regulatory infrastructure, and equip stakeholders with information about GD and available protections.
