For the eleventh year in a row, GA4GH is participating in the Google Summer of Code programme — providing opportunities for the GA4GH community to advance technical projects and for students to gain hands-on experience in coding. We invite applications from GA4GH community members who are interested in proposing a project and mentoring student participants. This year, we are particularly interested in projects involving data security or Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML). To apply, please add your project to this document by 11 February 2025. If you have any questions, please reach out to Jimmy Payyappilly (jimmy.payyappilly@ga4gh.org).
