The Global Alliance for Genomics and Health (GA4GH), the leading international standards-setting organisation for genomics, has announced an open call for nominations to join its Board of Directors. This initiative aims to bring in diverse voices and new expertise to strengthen GA4GH’s mission of advancing responsible genomic data sharing.

GA4GH’s Board of Directors shapes the strategic vision of the organisation, guiding the development of frameworks that empower researchers, clinicians, and policy makers worldwide to leverage genomic data for improved health outcomes. By bringing together leaders from across the global genomics community, GA4GH remains at the forefront of addressing the ethical, technical, and regulatory challenges inherent in genomic data sharing.
