Repository of the International Fetal Genomics Consortium (RIFGC)

Unites pregnancy sequencing projects focused on maternal-foetal and neonatal health

The Repository of the International Fetal Genomics Consortium (RIFGC) aggregates and standardises genomic and phenotypic data from projects aiming to discover the aetiology of congenital anomalies and stillbirth. The RIFGC brings together pregnancy sequencing projects that believe combined efforts in precision medicine will have significant impact on maternal-foetal medicine and neonatal health. With expertise from computational, clinical, translational, and molecular genetics, the RIFGC aims to be an interactive environment for collecting and analysing prenatal samples and data.

RIFGC funders include Illumina and the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development.
