EOSC4Cancer: A European-wide foundation to accelerate data-driven cancer research

Sets the foundations for making cancer research data usable across Europe

EOSC4Cancer enables the use of cancer-related research data by building the foundations for a coherent data infrastructure. The project will make cancer genomics, imaging, clinical, environmental, and socio-economic data accessible by using and enhancing existing federated and interoperable systems for securely discovering, sharing, and processing cancer data across borders. All developments are based on community-driven standards and implementations to make such efforts sustainable.

EOSC4Cancer is a part of EOSC, the European Open Science Cloud, and is funded by the Horizon Europe Framework Programme (under grant agreement number 101058427).
